What Relay stores
Relay stores the information your organization chooses to put into the service, including account details, requests, messages, knowledge articles, and workspace settings. We use that information to provide the service, keep workspaces separated, and maintain an activity record.
How we use information
We use workspace information to authenticate users, route and display requests, support search and knowledge features, protect workspace access, and improve reliability. We do not sell workspace content or use it to create advertising profiles.
Workspace control and access
Your organization controls who can access its workspace and what each role can see. Administrators manage people, roles, department access, and workspace content. Employees can see their own requests and approved knowledge. Resolvers and administrators see work permitted by their role and department access. Confidential handling is available for complaints and limits visibility to the requester and specifically authorized administrators.
Retention, export, and deletion
Relay keeps workspace data while the organization maintains an active workspace so its request history and approved knowledge remain available. Workspace administrators can contact AiPex LLC at relay@contihq.com to request an export or deletion. Individual users should begin with their workspace administrator so the organization can verify the request and any recordkeeping obligations. We will explain any information that must be retained for legal, security, or operational reasons.
Public site and browser storage
The public site and sign-in flow use limited browser storage for authentication, security, and remembering the public call to action that led to sign-in. We do not use that storage to create advertising profiles. Blocking browser storage may prevent sign-in from working correctly.
Security and changes
We use role-based access controls, logical workspace boundaries, session controls, and managed hosting safeguards to protect information. No online service can promise absolute security. We may update this policy as the service changes and will update the date above when we do.
