Using Relay
ContiHQ Relay provides an internal operations desk to manage requests, issues, and shared knowledge. You may only use Relay for these intended purposes, in compliance with your organization’s policies and all applicable laws.
Workspace administration
Each workspace is managed by administrators appointed by the customer organization. Administrators are responsible for provisioning access, configuring department queues, and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information within the workspace.
Data ownership
Your organization retains all rights to the data, requests, messages, and knowledge assets submitted to Relay. By using the service, you grant AiPex LLC the permissions needed to host, process, and display this data solely to provide the service.
Account security
You are responsible for safeguarding your authentication credentials and for activity under your account. Relay includes automatic inactivity timeouts, but your organization remains responsible for granting access only to authorized users.
Availability and changes
We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features as Relay develops. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes that materially affect active workspaces, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Ending use
Your organization may stop using Relay and request workspace export or deletion by contacting relay@contihq.com. We may restrict access that violates these terms, creates a security risk, or is unlawful.
Warranty and liability
Relay is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, AiPex LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
